(a) Posters and Fliers.   Nita was asked to produce posters and fliers to advertise the Show and Dog Show.
(b) Signs.  Nita and Ron will make another banner similar to the one last year and will also produce one on a board which can be erected every year.
(c) Food for morning.  Gwyneth will not be doing the burger van this year so June is looking to bring in another vendor.    We will be selling sandwiches in the morning until the W.I. stall opens    A list was circulated for volunteers to make sandwiches
(d)Stewards.   Lin Ellis to liaise with Gwyneth and make a list of stewards, who need to be on site early.    Peter Lloyd is to be asked to do security.
(e)Tents will be the same as last year with an additional bandstand.
(f) Dog Grooming Table.   Lynne asked and received approval for the purchase of  Table for showing small dogs in the Dog Show.
(g) Event Insurance.   Lynne explained that the Public Liability Insurance Policy, which we generally take out, covers 1,000 people attending over the course of the show for one million pounds, at a cost of £150.    Unfortunately the next level was for 2,500 attendances at a cost of £250.    As we had in excess of 1,200 people on site last year, it was decided to increase not only the level of insurance but also the cover to two million pounds.    All were in agreement and the policy will be arranged at a cost of £300.
(h) Orange Jackets.    A further ten to be purchased.
(i) Children’s Art  Some of the classes will be shown in the Church.
(j) Silver dishes to be purchased again for cup winners.
